About the Role

Saxon Global is seeking a highly skilled ERP Technical Analyst IV to join our team. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for delivering complex integration projects and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SAP programming solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide tier I and II SAP Production Support to ensure seamless system operation
  • Develop and maintain SAP RICEFW specification documentation and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions
  • Participate in UTP, UAT, and sign off of deliverables prior to migration to production
  • Document all system changes and follow current change and release management procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP and general ERP industry trends and technologies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP programming and technical support
  • Track record of solving complex issues and business requirements for SAP business processes
  • Experience with all SDLC processes and implementation of new deliverables
  • Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
