We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapy Student Technician to join our team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapy Student Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the respiratory therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and nebulizer therapy.
  • Record patient information on patient medical records and perform non-invasive diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with the respiratory therapy team to provide patient-specific standards and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program preferred.
  • Active student status must be maintained and documented.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
