Greenstaff Physician & Provider Solutions is seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our team in a challenging and rewarding locum tenens opportunity.

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience, for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be working in a community-based hospital setting with a Level One Nursery, performing a variety of obstetric procedures, including low-risk pregnancies, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections.

About the Position
  • This role involves covering 15-18 twenty-four hour shifts per month, including weekends and holidays, at Mercy Hospital ED and OR Coverage.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in labor and delivery, with proficiency in FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and performance of level I/screening (viability) procedures.
  • In addition to delivering babies, you will also be responsible for providing care to patients with low-risk pregnancies, as well as those requiring surgical gynecology services, such as D&C, open surgery, and laparoscopic procedures.

Requirements
  • M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure and certification in the state and specialty.
  • Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to think critically and respond promptly to emergencies.
