Job Responsibilities:
* Drafting and sending assorted documents to clients, counsel, and courts as needed* Case maintenance (organization of files)* Draft, update, and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims* Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters* Assist with document productions* Shepardize motions and opinion communications* Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters* Finalize and send coverage letters* Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims

Qualifications:
* Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)* Familiarity with Court websites is a plus* Web-based document review databases (Nextpoint and/or Relativity)* Good command of Westlaw* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Superior organizational skills* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to handle highly sensitive information* Ability to work under pressure* Flexible and adaptable*
