Job Summary

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tolleson, AZ. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, and supervise and collaborate with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech, language, and communication therapy.
  • Supervision and Collaboration: Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs to ensure effective delivery of therapy services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Certification: CCC-SLP certification required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an SLP is preferred.
  • Supervision: Ability to supervise an SLPA.
