Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome each customer with warmth and friendliness.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and ensure they receive outstanding service.
  • Handle cashier duties efficiently and courteously.
  • Support various tasks throughout the store as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-end areas.
  • Encourage participation in the Good Earth Loyalty program during transactions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to accept direction and feedback.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

This part-time position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, with three to four shifts per week. Saturday availability is mandatory for all team members. In addition to competitive pay, we offer employee discounts and paid time off.
