We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer to join our team at Fourier Ltd. As a UI Engineer, you will be working closely with our Quantitative Analysts and Traders to design and develop user interfaces for our trading platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design user interfaces that meet the needs of our traders and quantitative analysts.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable UI components using TypeScript and React.
  • Work with our data scientists to integrate data visualizations into our trading platforms.
  • Design and develop full products from inception to production, identifying business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop API design and backend code as needed.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on UI engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with feature gathering, product design, and UX design.
  • In-depth knowledge of TypeScript and React.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience developing on Linux and familiarity with the command line.
  • Experience with high availability systems.
  • Mature practices in unit testing and automated, UI-driven acceptance testing.
  • Experience with trading systems is preferred but not required.
