**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient-centered care with a diverse patient population.
* Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
* Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
* Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
* Patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
* Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of our patient's plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
**Qualifications:**
* Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
* BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
* At least one year of RN experience required.
* At least one year working in an outpatient setting, preferably in an outpatient primary care or specialty office setting as an RN, is required.
* Ability to confidently administer vaccines to pediatric patients required.
* Must be able to provide care to adults including obstetrics, medical, gyn. Outpatient office experience preferred.
* Ability to demonstrate rapid assessment skills for a wide range of adult conditions and provide care coordination to a variety of patient populations is highly desired.
* Ability to respond to a high volume of patients in an outpatient setting.
