Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Actalent, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians with surgeries and observe patients to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Document patient care and monitor changes pre and post-surgery to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prepare candidates and surgery centers for procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members to achieve common goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure that operating rooms are properly prepped for surgery to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
  • Cart prep and process instruments to ensure they are ready for use during procedures.


Requirements

  • Surgery experience and knowledge of operating room procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to document patient care and monitor changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
