Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, scope of the project, and timeline to ensure successful onboarding and integration into our daily operations.
  • Articulate needs to all internal stakeholders and provide support to ensure successful onboarding and integration into the daily operations of all departments.
  • Guide and manage the product release process and all the cross-functional activities that bring new products to market.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the new product development pipeline and existing product improvements.
  • Own existing products and understand customer needs and problems to develop solutions in the form of product features/improvements.
  • Advocate for customers, identifying emerging needs, new product opportunities, and growth enablers.
  • Define functional and performance requirements of products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience.
  • Technical knowledge in one of the following areas: physical sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, manufacturing, instrumentation.
  • Ability to travel at least 10% (domestic and international).
