Job DescriptionThe Illinois WC Claims Specialist role at G-TECH Services, Inc. requires an experienced claims specialist to manage Workers Compensation claims in the state of Illinois. This role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:• Process complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim.
• Manage claims through well-developed action plans to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Calculate and assign reserves to claims; manage reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client.
• Ensure claim files are properly documented, and claims coding is correct.
• Estimate salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

Requirements:• 3-5 years of Illinois Workers' Compensation claims management experience.
• College degree and 3-5 years of Illinois claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
