3. Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of kitchen staff.
4. Maintain proficiency in all kitchen roles and responsibilities.
5. Prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
6. Ensure proper preparation of equipment and food based on anticipated needs.
7. Stay informed about kitchen machinery and its operations.
8. Keep updated on menu options, preparation techniques, and ingredient knowledge.
9. Manage inventory and ensure proper dating of all incoming products.
10. Uphold safety policies and procedures for guests and staff.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
