We are seeking a skilled ICU/Critical Care RN to join our team at a top-rated facility in Southington, Connecticut. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
- Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients with complex health conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices
- 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU/Critical Care
- Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility
