Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

10 years of progressive and diversified engineering and maintenance management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an aseptic process facility.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation.

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of teamwork, adaptability, coaching, and taking initiative.

Technical Skills

Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents.

Preventative Maintenance and GMPs

Familiarity with preventative maintenance program management, GMPs, and SOPs.

High-Speed Packaging Equipment

Experience with high-speed packaging equipment required.

P&L and Budget Management

Detailed-oriented and prior P&L and budget management experience.
