Key Responsibilities:


1. Maintain cleanliness across all internal and external building areas, including walkways, entrances, and parking lots.
2. Utilize appropriate cleaning methods for various tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces.
3. Ensure restocking of essential supplies in restrooms, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
4. Conduct litter collection in all exterior areas, including sidewalks and lawns.
5. Sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, refrigerators, and microwaves.
6. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a pristine environment.
7. Collect and dispose of trash from both interior and exterior locations.
8. Dust and maintain office equipment and furniture, ensuring a tidy workspace.

Equipment Maintenance:
Manage and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Inventory Management:
Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate needs for reordering to ensure adequate stock.

Emergency Response:
Act promptly in urgent situations, such as spills, requiring immediate attention.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of two years of experience in custodial or janitorial roles.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning tools and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Physical capability to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
