Job Summary

The Club at Ocala Preserve is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take food orders and serve food to members and guests in the bar area.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by having a working knowledge of the resort facility and restaurant.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure a consistent set of superior standards for beverage/food service and quality.
  • Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
  • Check identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
  • Notice and report potential safety issues or customer concerns to a supervisor.
  • Mix drinks and serve wine and beer.
  • Handle card transactions and ensure charges are accurate.
Requirements
  • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to quality and safety procedures.
  • Assist in all Food & Beverage functions, including corporate parties and weddings.
  • Prepare beverages, supplies, and other bar setups for banquets and other functions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Personal Attributes
  • Must be highly customer-oriented and responsive with a high need for closure.
  • Able to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
