Job Summary

We are seeking a Music Educator to teach music fundamentals to our Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students in a fun and interactive way. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music to young children, a love for working with children, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Teach music fundamentals to TK students with enthusiasm and creativity
  • Introduce students to various musical instruments and help them discover their musical preferences
  • Engage students in lively sing-alongs and encourage them to develop their musical talents
  • Occasionally attend school events to showcase the music program and inspire others to participate
  • Travel to multiple locations to teach music classes

Requirements

  • Experience teaching music to young children
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 12 ECE Units preferred
  • Reliable means of transportation to travel between schools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A love and passion for working with young children
  • A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
