Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
  • Support the management of patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and develop meaningful solutions to drive performance improvement
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
