About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our clients recover from property damage caused by water, fire, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to property loss situations and mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures
  • Perform water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling
  • Extract and mitigate water damage
  • Clean and restore fire and smoke damage
  • Supervise temporary labor personnel and manage field operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to clients
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the restoration industry or maintenance
  • Ability to move and walk around the office regularly
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings
