EHS Analyst

We are seeking an EHS Analyst to join our team at the National Guard Employment Network. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results at our Lincoln, IL facility.

• Facilitate risk assessments to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects.
• Work with leadership to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
• Determine leading and lagging indicators to track performance against targets and objectives.
• Support creation of EHS goals for the site manager and activity-based goals for the leadership team and front-line supervisors.
• Drive and promote a zero-incident EHS culture throughout the site.
• Work with leadership and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
• Use established EHS data processes to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, and EHS action items.
• Create training matrices to ensure all training is defined and tracked to completion.
• Ensure employees and material safety.

• A high school diploma and/or equivalent from an accredited institution with 1-2+ years of professional working experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln, IL will be considered.
