Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our patients in the Laboratory department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient registration, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and resolve any issues related to patient accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Laboratory team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or laboratory setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
