About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OB/GYN department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to OB/GYN patients, including antepartum and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest OB/GYN care practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid RN license.
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • 2 years of L&D experience minimum requirement.
