Kona Ice of Southwest Cincinnati & SE Indiana

We're looking for motivated and charismatic individuals to join our local Krew. As a server, you'll be responsible for arriving safely to scheduled events and greeting customers courteously. You'll provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy, comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines, and perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse. You'll also complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking, read, count, and accurately complete documentation, and communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff.

Server Responsibilities:

  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
  • Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
  • Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
