Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for assessing patients and developing, evaluating, and modifying their plan of care. This role requires strong clinical expertise and the ability to interpret and perform complex patient care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify their plan of care
  • Interpret and perform complex patient care procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Current Maryland license or eligibility for licensure
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in an institutional setting
Working Conditions
  • Works in a clean, well-lit environment
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and variability in workload
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials
Physical Requirements
  • Walking, standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity
