Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavior support services to students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of problem behaviors
  • Provide one-on-one behavior support services to students in a special education classroom or individual setting
  • Collect and analyze data to inform BIPs and FBAs
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
Requirements
  • Active IL RBT certification from the BACB
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (e.g. behavior analysis, special education, psychology)
  • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities
