Family Health Specialist

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary medical services to employees and their dependents, aged 2 and above. This position offers flexibility, accommodating full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Our health clinic operates without insurance billing, allowing for more personalized attention to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing primary care medical services to employees and dependents
- Promoting wellness programs to educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices
- Developing rapport with patients and staff
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program
- Valid state license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years NP experience
- Sound medical knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in family practice, preventive, and/or occupational health
- Understanding in the treatment of common chronic diseases
- Ability to perform common in-office procedures
- Knowledge of preventive care guidelines
- Understanding of best practices for CPT and ICD-10 coding
- High level of emotional intelligence
