Retail Sales Associate

Location:

Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Goodwill, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and ensuring the orderly presentation of our merchandise. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling customer transactions efficiently at the register
  • Providing assistance to customers with their shopping inquiries
  • Arranging and showcasing apparel on the sales floor
  • Receiving donations and issuing receipts to contributors
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail space
  • Assessing merchandise for quality and suitability
  • Aiming to meet sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • No prior experience necessary, although 1-2 years is advantageous
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Physical capacity to lift, carry, and remain on your feet for extended durations
