Key Responsibilities:
• Review lender's closing instructions and state/local regulations
• Ensure loan packages comply with government requirements and ORT insurance standards
• Order conveyance deeds and necessary documents
• Prepare files for closing and request updated bring-down dates as needed
• Verify company service fees and communicate with customers/borrowers on title issues throughout the process

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
