About the RoleThis 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a medical traveler with Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio, you will have the chance to explore new cities, gain valuable experience, and advance your career.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Respiratory Therapist, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as ordered, ensuring accurate documentation of patient responses.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, providing timely interventions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Transport patients as required, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal directions, and possess basic computer skills.
- Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, and lifting equipment (50-100lbs).
