Job Overview:
We are seeking a proficient CMM Programming Specialist to support our operations in the automotive, military, and aerospace sectors. Our company is experiencing growth and is expanding its workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure CMM programs to accurately measure parts according to design specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of sample components, including first piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Maintain inspection equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Create, define, and sustain CMM programming.
  • Collect, organize, and archive inspection data effectively.
  • Communicate inspection results to team members and clients.
  • Utilize precise measuring instruments to verify product compliance with standards.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CMM programming.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automotive or aerospace manufacturing environment, preferably in press stamping operations.
  • Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate scanning equipment.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of fulfilling all responsibilities of the role.
  • Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
