As a Resident Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
  • Provide food service, housekeeping, and laundry support as needed
  • Manage behavior and provide socialization opportunities to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Participate in activities and events to enhance resident quality of life
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident service plans
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Knowledge and experience working with elderly, with previous dementia experience preferred
  • Certification required according to state regulations, and successful completion of required training
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
