**Salary:** $/week*, with an estimated hourly rate based on 40 hours/week
*Estimated wages and expense reimbursement. Does not include taxes, insurance, or other deductions that may occur.
**Job Description:**
If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we invite you to join our team as a Case Manager RN. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with physicians and other health team members, administering medications, and maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, technical/motor skills, mental requirements, and sensory abilities. You must have a valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing, BLS certification, and Case Management Certification (RN-BC) is preferred.
