The job involves responding to emergency situations, such as water or fire damage, to restore properties to their original state. Key responsibilities include safely completing assigned jobs, performing water damage repair, and participating in the company's on-call rotation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are also required. Certifications like WTR – Water Damage Restoration Technician and ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician are not necessary but preferred.
