Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication to residents as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure individualized care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • VA Med Tech License
  • Experience working with the elderly, preferably in a group setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new applications and technologies
