Eyelash Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge - Austin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants to build a fulfilling career.

The successful candidate will have 6+ months of in-salon experience as a Lash Stylist and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for creating an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude and promoting our products and services.

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Promote products and memberships beneficial to guests
• Perform high quality, professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
