Job Summary

The PT Service Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bag items at checkout and restock returns
  • Retrieve carts from the parking lot and maintain a clean store environment
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors and work areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job

Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
  • Job cycles: continual max
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
