We are seeking an experienced fitness professional to lead group fitness classes at Genesis Health Clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach scheduled group fitness classes, promoting a motivating and engaging atmosphere for members.
- Prepare equipment and music for each class, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Instruct members on proper techniques and equipment use, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in group fitness instruction is required.
- Certification in group training is mandatory, along with CPR certification.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
