Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, while maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes. You will also supervise all categories of nursing personnel and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Supervise all categories of nursing personnel and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, and promote health and wellness through health education and promotion.
- One (1) year PCU/step down experience preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- BLS, ACLS (AHA).
