Job Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in equipment repair and property maintenance.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and boiler operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
