Key Responsibilities
  • Execute advanced clinical competence in cardiac sonography, ensuring accurate equipment selection and technical factors for individual patient needs.
  • Apply knowledge of cardiac sonography principles, including anatomy, physiology, physics, and positioning, to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Document accurate patient care activity in electronic health records systems, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment, maintaining supplies and inventory, and reporting equipment-related issues.
  • Participate in departmental and organizational performance improvement initiatives, contributing to workflow optimization, patient experience, and quality enhancement.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved and accredited Ultrasound Educational Program.
  • RDMS Certification or CCI certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
