About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Conversational AI team at Walmart Global Tech. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and prioritize product requirements, establishing goals and driving the feature development process.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle, scoping and delivering end-to-end projects that translate customer needs into concise business and product requirements.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the overall platform.
  • Work with the leadership team to track key metrics, OKRs, and launch plans that inform the continued success of your projects.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of product management experience, with a successful track record of delivering highly technical products.
  • Experience in developing platforms that build and drive ecosystems of applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for advocating end customer needs and skills for user experience and design.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Diplomacy and alignment of stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing business stakeholder relationships and analyzing business requirements to provide technology solutions.
  • Quantitative or engineering background preferred.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
  • Exposure to managing products related to Gen AI and/or Conversational AI, with understanding of NLU and NLP a plus.
