Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Our goal is to provide top-notch customer care while supporting the experience you want to have throughout your travel career.

The pay package will be based on the hourly rate of $60-$80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, which translates to approximately $3,840 - $5,120 per week. In addition to the hourly wage, you can expect a weekly stipend of around $1,000-$1,500, bringing your total weekly compensation to $4,840 - $6,620.
