**Job Requirements:**
We are seeking an experienced WCS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in WebSphere Commerce, Java Spring Boot, and React. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will also possess the following skills:
* Proficiency in Websphere Commerce
* Proven experience in Websphere Commerce development
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Nice to have skills include experience with Spring Boot batch, knowledge of React, familiarity with XML and XSD, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
