We are seeking a skilled Technical Leader for Electrical Design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in electrical design, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective design strategies for electrical distribution systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews during project execution;
  • Contribute to the development of team knowledge and skills through training and mentorship programs;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university;
  • 2-4 years of experience in electrical distribution design or 3-5+ years of experience in electrical utility design;
  • Proven track record of design review experience and client-facing skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
