Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Train and educate family members on proper care techniques and medication administration
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapy as ordered by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the client's multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage supplies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required (industry-leading training available through BAYADA)
