Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $107,910 - $161,907 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage cancer treatment plans, ensuring medication regimens are safe and effective for patients. You will work closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Medication Management:
    • Verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
    • Dispense chemotherapy drugs and other medications used in cancer treatment.
    • Calculate drug dosages based on patient-specific factors.
  • Collaboration and Consultation:
    • Work with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
    • Provide evidence-based recommendations on drug selection, dosing, and supportive care.
  • Patient Education and Counseling:
    • Educate patients and their caregivers about chemotherapy medications and treatment schedules.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
  • Research and Quality Improvement:
    • Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
