Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a full-time contractor in a supportive school environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to students with articulation disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY).
  • Licensure: Oklahoma state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience: Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
