**About The Clear View School**

The Clear View School is a therapeutic special education setting in Westchester seeking an LMSW or LCSW to work as a member of our expanding interdisciplinary team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to our students and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students, their families, and staff.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide individual and family therapy to students and their families
* Work collaboratively within an integrated multidisciplinary team
* Establish rapport and build relationships with students, their families, and staff
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

**Requirements**

* LMSW or LCSW required
* Strong ability to establish rapport and build relationships
* Interest in and/or knowledge of Attachment Theory
* Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated multidisciplinary team
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Solid writing skills and documentation practices
* Effective time management and organizational skills
