Barber Instructor

Milan Institute is seeking a skilled Barber Instructor to join our team. As a Barber Instructor, you will play a vital role in mentoring and teaching our students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the Barber industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students on the clinic floor and classroom using a company-approved curriculum.
• Prepare students to pass the State Board exam and ensure compliance with State Board rules.
• Participate in administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings, recording grades and attendance, and counseling students.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Barber license per State requirement.
• Must possess a current Instructor license.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Barber experience.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Computer skills necessary.
