We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Anthem Family Dentist.
Job SummaryThis is a dynamic and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing exceptional oral health care.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, examinations, and education on oral health and disease prevention.
- Work closely with our dentists to develop treatment plans and provide support for patients with complex needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized plans to address these issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with other members of the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
We offer a competitive salary of $60.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses and a range of benefits that support your overall well-being.
Requirements- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dental environment, preferably in a general dentistry setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
